Verizon provides tools that our customers can use to help decide whether or not to answer phone calls that may be unwanted, annoying or fraudulent, and other third-party services are also available in the marketplace. Verizon uses the following labels for spam calls: Potential Spam, Potential Fraud, Robo caller, and SPAM? If the call you received was labeled differently (e.g. SPAM LIKELY) please check with your spam protection service provider. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our algorithm provider.

Verizon only uses the label 'SPAM?' to identify spam calls. If the call you received was labeled differently , it was not labeled by Verizon. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our algorithm provider.
